The Challenge
Traditional car washes lack flexibility, offering only exterior cleaning at fixed locations. Users want a customizable, on-demand service that comes to them for both interior and exterior cleaning.

THE APPROACH
To create a seamless user experience, we conducted extensive user research to understand pain points and preferences. We then designed low to mid-fidelity wireframes, tested interactive prototypes with real users, and iterated based on feedback. The goal was to refine the app into an intuitive and engaging experience.

As Principal Designer, I collaborated with a small team of creatives, leading UX/UI design from research to high-fidelity prototyping while ensuring accessibility and usability best practices.
